Brian Hill started his career in manufacturing with Redi-Cut Foods, a privately held processor of high quality, fresh-cut produce. Redi-Cut focused primarily on the food-service market, supplying fresh-cut produce to McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and others. After eight years, Brian rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Operations. Within fifteen years, Redi-Cut grew from 50 union employees and $3 million in sales, to 700 employees, 800 SKU’s and processed over 2.5 million pounds of produce per week with annual sales of over $100 million. In 2001, Performance Foods Groups purchased Redi-Cut Foods for $131 million, a dollar amount equivalent to their gross sales.
With over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in operations management, Hill is considered throughout the industry as a proven, innovative, operations leader with an outstanding track record of implementing process improvement programs to reduce manufacturing costs and improve efficiencies. He is an expert problem-solver with strong motivational and team building skills, and has extensive hands-on experience in process design, engineering, and project management.
Since the inception of his consulting business in 1997, Brian has furthered his relationship with Redi-Cut Foods by leading a team in the design and construction of their Kansas City Plant. He has also had the opportunity to assist the medical supply, pharmaceutical, and snack food industries.

Invented “Method and Apparatus for Processing Produce” U.S. Patent #5,097,755. Developed specifically for McDonalds Corporation to launch their salad program.
Invented “Storage Rack with Position Sensing” U.S.Patent #5,848,707. An electronic sensing device used to aid forklift drivers while positioning pallets of product into storage racking.
