After identifying your needs, we create conceptual drawings representing the proposed layout. Once approved, we produce AutoCAD drawings showing the recommended equipment selections and utility connections for the bidding process. We manage this entire process through start-up to ensure the line is performing to expectations.

New Facility Design and Construction
Brian Hill led a team in the design and construction of this state-of-the-art fresh-cut facility that processed over 2.5 million pounds of produce per week. More than 70 percent of the plant was refrigerated using a central ammonia system. Trenches were formed in the floor to hydraulically convey waste to an isolated room where it was processed and automatically loaded onto trucks and sold for animal feed. Additional systems were designed and installed including compressed air, wastewater treatment, forklift battery charging and high pressure sanitation stations. All Interior finishes and processing equipment were designed to resist this highly corrosive environment and conform to USDA standards.

We manage all size projects from the design phase through installation and start-up. By working independently or assisting your team, we will identify your needs, establish performance criteria, and design and install a system to meet those criteria. Upon project completion, we remain in close contact with plant personnel to ensure the system is performing up to design standards.
The goal of these programs is to increase our Clients' profitability by identifying underlying opportunities for improvement that will create a more efficient and safe process, and then implementing those improvements.We accomplish this by eliminating waste, increasing yield, improving product quality, creating "smoothness" of product flow, and reducing line downtime. Continuous Improvement Programs are designed to be a long-term arrangement whereas an Efficiency Tune-up can be a single day visit.
AutoCAD Capabilities
AutoCAD Drawings AutoCAD is a computer aided drafting and design software that is extremely precise, yet offers great flexibility. We use AutoCAD detailing to create all of our drawings from new facilities to simple conveyors. AutoCAD drawings are also very instrumental in maintaining programs such as:
